CityLine Sunnyvale leases include a provision requiring tenants to have liability insurance and fire extended coverage insurance for all tenant belongings located within the tenant’s premises. Each tenant must also maintain general liability and property damage insurance designating SPF Mathilda, LLC, JP Morgan Investment Management, Inc. and CBRE as additional insured. All policies required to be maintained by Tenant shall provide that they may not be terminated or amended except after thirty (30) days prior notice to CBRE.
